Infinity Blade is to be removed from the App Store
The Infinity Blade series for iOS has not received a new addition since 2013, but Epic Games has been adept at keeping the games updated since then. Epic Games has now announced that they will no longer be working with game play as it is not worth putting resources on maintenance and have also removed the games from the App Store.
In a statement about the Infinity Blade Games Epic Games writes this:
At Epic we strive to put players first and to provide a supported, full-fledged experience in every game we publish. With the development of Spyjinx and other projects, it has become increasingly difficult for our team to support the Infinity Blade series at a level that meets our standards.
Epic Games also announces that Infinity Blade 3 will be getting some news in the coming month, in the form of updated Clash Mobs and some other surprises.
And if you have gotten your hands on the Infinity Blade games on the App Store you will be able to continue downloading them from there.
And for you that haven’t played the Infinity Blade games here’s the latest trailer.
