Elon Musk rearranges Twitter

Elon Musk finally made the purchasing of twitter a reality. But is it going to make the platform better or safer? Elon already thinks that cutting Donald Trump from the platform was a mistake.

And now The Verge reports that multiple sources indicate that Twitter’s new owner, Elon Musk, has plans to make significant cuts to Twitter’s staff. These cuts may be made public quite soon and the sources also mention that several managers have been tasked with making lists of which employees can be fired.

No department is said to be spared from these cuts, however, there is currently no information on exactly how many of Twitter’s current around 7,500 employees will be fired.

As he fired Twitters CEO and financial officer on the first day. And there is already signs of users leaving the platform after the sale went through.
